Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s revenue growth by achieving targeted sales volumes and goals within expected sales margins.
- Present and promote the brand’s products to prospective customers effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their corporate needs.
- Analyse market trends to establish competitive advantages.
- Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
- Craft compelling business proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
- Manage and assist with contract projects and deliveries.
- Support the preparation for product launches and events.
- Identify and manage brand or product collaboration opportunities.
- Undertake additional sales and marketing duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the Interior Design or Hospitality industry, with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
- A responsible team player with integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Presentable and well-dressed, reflecting our brand's image.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, including an attractive commission scheme.
