- Position: Accountant (From Construction Industry/ SAP / TAX)
- Location: Sixth Avenue (6 min walk from Sixth Avenue MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5700 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
- Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
- Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
- Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
- Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
