You will be expected to:
- Canvasing for new customer
- Account Management
- Prepare job ads to attract applicants
- Shortlist and Screening of candidates for interview.
- Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well prepared.
- Ensure sales closures to achieve personal commission.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma qualification and above
- Able to work independently and remotely when required
- Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) is a MUST to be able to conduct EA work.
- Relevant experience in recruitment agencies is a MUST ( 2-3 years)
