- Position: Program Engineer (Mechanical/Precision Engineer)- No Experience Welcome
- Location: Loyang East (Bus stop nearby)
- Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday (8AM to 5:30PM)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Increase 1 day per year capped at 21 days)
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and co-lead with the Program Manager in New Product Introduction (NPI) project, making sure it satisfies all requirements and specifications before moving it into mass production.
- Design project plan, execute and ensure that every task is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
- Study 3D product design and 2D drawing and collaborate internally with tool designer and engineering on design for manufacturing (DFM).
- Participate in tool trial, part evaluation, problem analysis and solving, as well as documentation preparation and issuance.
- Collaborate with internal project team members and customers on scheduling and technical issues, to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- No Experience Welcome - training provided
- Diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering/precision engineering.
- At least two years of working experience in related industry
- Knowledge with practical experience in the field of plastic injection and tool fabrication, or mechanical product design is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Good collaboration skills to work as a team and across teams, to problem solve to achieve desired results.
