Responsibilities:
- Executing mechanical design at customer site for chemical and slurry system projects
- System project design including P&ID, payout design, piping drawing, equipment internal piping layout
- Responsible for new project in process optimization, operational support, and improvement
- Creation of related documents e.g. HAZOP/FMEA, drawing, SOP, build document OMM
- Execution of on-site installation work, management of subcontractor team.
- Troubleshooting of chemical systems by identifying root cause and suggest improvement plan.
- Implement system functional test with flushing, sampling for system qualification (FAT & SAT).
- Coordinate system modification with Client and Sub-contractors etc.
- Prepare & review drawing for system design document including P&ID/ PFD/Equipment & piping Layout
- Prepare on site check list, installation & commissioning operation procedures, risk assessment;
- Supervise and review the installation work by sub-con and venders
- Provide after-sales support to client for completed projects
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical engineering field
- Knowledge in process design, project management skills
- Understanding of P&ID, process chart, flow or pressure calculation for chemical & slurry system
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Proficient in MS office, Project, AutoCAD skill
- Experience in design work, project management in semiconductor field is plus
