Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and organized Funeral Directors to support our clients in planning and coordinating funeral services. You will handle client meetings, oversee funeral arrangements, and provide hands-on support, including the transfer of the dearly departed. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage call center hotlines and ensure prompt follow-up actions.
- Coordinate funeral arrangements, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Conduct client meetings in the office, on-site, and through virtual communication.
- Assist in transferring the deceased to funeral homes.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team and finance department.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and monks).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Possess a Class 3 driver’s license.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in the funeral industry.
- Willing to work shift hours, including public holidays and overtime.
Additional Information:
- Location: Geylang Bahru.
- Week 1 & 3: 6 working days, Week 2 & 4: 5 working days (roster basis).
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm.
- Overtime, shift work, and public holidays required.
