Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate and organized Funeral Directors to support our clients in planning and coordinating funeral services. You will handle client meetings, oversee funeral arrangements, and provide hands-on support, including the transfer of the dearly departed. If you are detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable working in this industry, join us to make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage call center hotlines and ensure prompt follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate funeral arrangements, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Conduct client meetings in the office, on-site, and through virtual communication.
  • Assist in transferring the deceased to funeral homes.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team and finance department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and monks).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
  • Possess a Class 3 driver’s license.
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in the funeral industry.
  • Willing to work shift hours, including public holidays and overtime.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Geylang Bahru.
  • Week 1 & 3: 6 working days, Week 2 & 4: 5 working days (roster basis).
  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm.
  • Overtime, shift work, and public holidays required.
