Job Scope:
1) Attending to walk-in customers, providing recommendations and assist with their needs
2) Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
3) Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
4) After sales service to ensure products are satisfactory
5) Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the store environment is appealing and welcoming.
6) Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
7) Managing roster schedules
8) Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure high standards of customer service and store performance.
9) Other administrative duties such as processing of sales
