Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and identify new business opportunities and potential clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Respond to business inquiries from clients and internal teams in a professional and timely manner, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities within assigned accounts to drive business growth.
  • Develop exciting and tailored proposals that reflect a deep understanding of client requirements, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Lead the preparation of tender submissions when required, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all follow-ups are handled.
  • Perform both account servicing and business development functions, ensuring all clients’ needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the Business Development team across a variety of tasks and initiatives.
  • Leverage in-depth industry knowledge and insights to identify and close opportunities, positioning our services as best-fit solutions for clients.
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to project teams once a project is awarded, ensuring all relevant details are handed over properly.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:


Must

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong familiarity with technologies and platforms used in web and app development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based solutions.
  • Self-motivated and independent, yet able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach.

Good to have

  • Experience in software solution sales is preferred, especially in managing government accounts.
  • Strong client management and account servicing skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Extroverted personality
  • Motivated and "born to win" attitude
