Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technician (Building Maintenance) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance, repair, and servicing for building systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems.
- Perform routine inspections on M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers.
- Supervise term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.
- Attend to fault reports, breakdowns, and customer service requests.
- Accurately complete maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with building and fire safety rules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Technology.
- Good working knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
