Job Description
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customers information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
- Provide appropriate solutions to customers' concerns and issues,or escalate complex issues to the relevant department

Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE "N" level with 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
