Fund Accounts team prepares full set of accounts for clients who are in the Finance industry, mainly in real estate fund. 90% of the clients are in real estate / private equity fund (hedge, stock, bond) with companies in Japan.
Job Description:
· Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
· Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
· Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
· Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
· Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
· Preparation of XBRL submission
· Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
· 2-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
· Must possess experience in managing multiple entities’ full sets of accounts & consolidation / prior work experience in professional firms.
· Accounting Firms experience (Handle 10 - 20 clients)
· System: Navision, Xero (not a must)
