What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of Plexsonic: As an ambassador, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service, sharing your product knowledge and offering tailored recommendations to customers seeking the perfect audio experience.
- Offer a Bespoke Experience: Guide customers through a unique, personalized journey in-store, including taking custom ear impressions (full training provided).
- Maintain Store Excellence: Ensure the boutique remains immaculate by performing daily housekeeping, making sure products are perfectly displayed.
- Own the Checkout Experience: Manage POS transactions seamlessly, ensuring a smooth sales process for every customer.
- Keep Us Stocked & Ready: Assist with stocktaking and inventory management of consumables to ensure we’re always prepared.
- Handle Logistics: Process shipping and returns, ensuring every detail is taken care of for a hassle-free customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about our cutting-edge products.
- Comfortable working hands-on with custom ear impressions and monitors (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what truly matter.
