Job Description
- Manage a team of technicians and contribute to the overall success of after-sales department
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Monitor workshop performance and identify areas for improvement
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE "N" Level or equivalent with 1 year of experience in managing an automotive workshop
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
