- Assist the Department Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Building Materials
- schedule planning and delivery
- Provide daily delivery schedules, buying plans, monthly inventories control.
- Troubleshoot delivery problems which may arise and work with related department to solve them.
- Perform administrative support, co-ordination work and assist to raise purchase requisition of inventorized items.
- Assist to arrange mandatory training courses for workers.
- Record keeping and maintain of ISO records for the department
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery planning for building materials
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- ISO related knowledge will be advantageous
- Immediate starter is preferred
