Job Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales activities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Participate in large-scale project implementations, both locally and regionally.
- Deliver on-site implementation services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and address customer inquiries by troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base articles and known issues.
- Be on standby for 24/7 maintenance support calls.
- Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, providing network support and administration
- Knowledge and experience in networking, including routing and switching technologies
- Possession of CCNA or CCSA certification
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn about new technologies
- Polite demeanor with effective communication skills for client interactions
- Strong analytical abilities and good troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on standby
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent.
