Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and manage network, operating systems, storage, and backup solutions.
- Collaborate on system development tasks, including design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for systems on a rotating schedule, implementing corrective measures to address production issues and reduce unplanned outages.
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure effective planning and execution.
- Coordinate with external parties and customers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Information Technology or related field
- 3 - 5 years working experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networks
- Enthusiastic about new technologies and eager to learn new skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Capable of managing stakeholder relationships
- Candidates with one or more of the following skills will have an advantage:Networking skills or CCNA certification
Experience with VMware NSX
Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere)
