Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and provide timely solutions.
- Support sales team efforts by sourcing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing) to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and tender documents.
- Participate in product training to stay updated with the latest offerings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of computer hardware/software is a plus.
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
