Service Coordinator / Sales Support
Working Day: Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT
Salary: $2600 – 3300
Job Duties:
- Attending to incoming calls.
- Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
- Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
- Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
- Preparing sales/service quotations.
- Monitoring of customers' outstanding orders.
- Data entry for service job done.
- Filing, posting of invoices to customers.
- Others as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
- With relevant working experience.
- With electrical/electronics background.
