Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury) in the Large & Middle Market segments to develop strong business relationships through presentations.
- Prepare detailed credit propositions, including cash flow projections and financial analysis.
- Ensure a good mix of business quality, optimize resources, and maximize profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients.
- Follow up on cross-selling efforts across the company’s product suite.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Managers and the Managing Director.
- Report regularly to Senior Managers and Managing Director on progress and key initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance at financial institutions (Loans, Leasing, Hire Purchase, etc.).
- Strong business network with key decision-makers in Large & Middle Market segments, especially in Logistics, ICT (Digital Infrastructure, Data Centers), Semiconductors, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Nutrition & Agriculture.
- Proven track record of originating a minimum of SGD 50MM (or equivalent USD) in financing annually, including corporate loans, project finance, leasing, and hire purchase (excluding syndicate loans).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, project cash flow, and credit risk assessment.
