Our Wyse Active Operations Crew is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Wyse Active Hub while providing excellent customer service to members and visitors. This role includes managing bookings, assisting guests, overseeing facility cleanliness, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and providing operational support during events and peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Service: Greet visitors and members, assist with inquiries, manage bookings, and provide information about available services, schedules, and equipment.
· Operations Support: Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for sports events, ensuring all facilities are prepared and ready for use.
· Facility Monitoring: Regularly check and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas, including sports courts, locker rooms, and seating areas.
· Safety Compliance: Monitor the sports hall for any safety hazards, report issues to management, and ensure all users adhere to the facility's safety regulations.
· Conflict Resolution: Address any disputes or concerns from customers in a professional and calm manner, escalating issues to Team Managers when necessary.
· Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation, especially during peak hours or special events.
