Responsibilities:
- Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc
- To analyze the premium income for each month with reasons for increase/decrease of premiums for department reporting
- To undertake risk surveys, if required
- To quote in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines
- To assist accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies
- To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business
- To establish customer benefit services with vendors
- Provide customer service to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters
- Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings)
- Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business
- Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients
- Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums
- Maintain clients’ details and information
Requirements:
- Min 1~2 years of experience in General Insurance industry or Insurance Brokerage firm
- Min CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Possess good communication, multi-tasking, organization skills
