Accountant
This role will get to be involved in e-commence, construction and trading businesses on a job rotation basis. Depending on suitability and interest, this role may be placed in a more permanent position focusing on a particular industry at later stage.
Responsibilities:
· Handle full sets of accounts and operational needs of the businesses
· Prepare payments, budgets and perform cash flow management
· Assist in group consolidation
· Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors
· Handle taxation and liaise with tax agent
· Handle corporate secretarial matters and liaise with corporate secretary
· Handle office administrative and HR matters
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in accountancy
· 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably some experience in audit or accounting firm
· Prior experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position will need to liaise with China offices
· Possess positive attitude, willing to learn and good initiative
· Good application of Microsoft Office including MS Word and MS Excel
