1) Plan and coordinate, supervise, monitoring of works/ control worker/ allocate work to worker.
2) Coordinate /follow up schedule with Main contractor on our company scope of work eg, metal railing, metal grating , metal catladders/ Architectural works.
2) preparation of safety documents (Risk Assesment forms, MOS,etc)
3) prepared bill of quantities, liaised with fabrication team /coordinates with production to manufacture products on time/oversee for delivery to project site for installation.
4) conduct quality inspection on finished products.
5) Overall control onsite, checking and verifying drawings as per plan to actual/verify work on site as per approved drawing.
6) prepare progress billing report and quantity measurement on site for monthly progress claim purpose.
7) attend site meeting with main contractor / Architect/ consultant.
8) understand revit, BIM , Autocad will be advantage.
9) Able to understanding see drawing/plan/sectional.
10) skilled for able to solve site problem, skilled for can cooridinate with main contractor.
11) Assign work scope by company as and when.
