Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, specifically in a hotel tour desk or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Singapore attractions and tour packages.

Job Description:

1. Guest Engagement:

  • Greet and engage with hotel guests, offering assistance and information.
  • Provide details about Singapore attractions and available tour packages.

2. Sales and Promotion:

  • Promote and sell Singapore attractions, tour packages, and related services to hotel guests.
  • Assist guests with the booking of tours and activities.

3. Inquiry Handling:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries regarding tours, attractions, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations.

4. Complaint Resolution:

  • Address guest complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of tour bookings, guest preferences, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with tour operators to confirm reservations and resolve discrepancies.
