- Position: Corporate Development Manager
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to drive company growth
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, investments, and new market opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling, risk assessments, and market analysis for business expansion projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders
- Support C-level executives in formulating and executing growth strategies
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform corporate strategies
- Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts and other documents related to such acquisitions, investments and joint ventures
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks preferred
