- Position: HR Executive (SAP)
- Location: Sin Ming
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 4 months)

Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update employee information, employment history and other information into SAP
- Prepare and gathers employee information
- Update and maintain employees' data and p-files
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures
- Guide, train and troubleshoot stakeholders on the new HRIS (SuccessFactor)
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- At least ITE/Diploma certificate is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficient in HRIS - SAP experience is required
