- Position: Admin Assistant (Customer Service/Reception)
- Location: Promenade
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, greet clients in a professional manner
- Taking messages for clients as they require, straight onto their phones, via voicemail or written
- Filing, general administrative matters, take charge of receptionist matters
- Ensuring that all billing are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet and all cleaning or handyman issues are written into the appropriate books
- Handle complaints and compliments
- Any other ad-hoc duties required
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- At least O Level certificate
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service
