- Process payment vouchers and handle accounts payable tasks
- Manage posting and recovering of expenses
- Assist with audit confirmation requests from clients
- Responding to inquiries from different departments.
- Aid in bank reconciliation and diligently follow up to clear any unreconciled items.
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- A team player who is analytical, independent, meticulous and resourceful
