- Position: Service Engineer (Crane/Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + OT Payable + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)
Main Responsibilities:
- Product delivery training to distributors and customers
- Provide diagnosis guidance and analyzing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
- Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries
- Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue
- Furnish warranty claims and quality report to drive quality improvement on our products
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Will involve travelling to other countries within Asia, entitled to travelling allowance
