Assist with Home Automation devices for Singapore homes and offices.
Transform lives through targeted approaches such as creating healthy habits, improving work-from-home experience, increasing study effectiveness, improving elderly lives etc. Using data and coaching to value add.
Your role involves:
- Play and experiment with products, connect devices to hub
- Find out and collect data to improve people’s lives
- Manage the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the EnOS™ Platform and all services it provides.Manage automations of Home Assistant platform
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the platform/ hub, so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks delegated by supervisor
Requirements:
- Knowledge in IoT devices.
- Fast and independent learner. Able to work from home in an responsible and accountable manner
- Good work ethics + attitude + interested in improving lives
Location: Woodlands, Bras Basah Office (occasionally), Client’s place
