Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking a Solution Architect Manager to lead the Workplace Technology and End User Computing environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, particularly with technologies focused on AI and user enablement. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with IT policies, managing significant technology projects, and championing the adoption of new technology platforms across the organization.
The Role
- Lead a team of technical specialists in designing, managing, and supporting the Workplace Technology and EUC environment.
- Champion the use of innovative collaboration technologies, with a focus on AI, to enhance user enablement across the business.
- Ensure compliance of EUC technology and processes with company IT policies and standards.
- Drive the adoption of new technology platforms, presenting these ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Plan and forecast end user technology needs, establishing budget forecasts and investment plans.
- Serve as the key liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Define, manage, and deliver significant technology projects that align with business goals.
- Anticipate changing business requirements and emerging trends, proactively improving End User Technology services.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology.
- Strong technical experience with Microsoft M365, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and email authentication protocols (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Knowledge of Crestron and CISCO AV technologies is a plus.
- Familiar with MS Entra IAM, modern authentication, SSO, and MFA.
- Proficient in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, and experienced in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
- Proven ability to drive technology adoption on a global scale.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in collaboration technologies and security are advantageous.
- A strong team player with a proactive mindset.
