- 5pm to 10pm
Interview required to discuss work schedule and salary; commensurate on experience
Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health, safety and food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
Qualifications
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- Has at least 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
- Team player with good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
