QEHS Executive

Position Summary

Responsible to manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, and Environment, Health, & Safety initiatives, programs, manuals and other related documentation that are consistent with the established ISO standards and group wide certifications. To assist and support with compliance and effective implementation of QEHS culture in Singapore and ensure adoption and implementation of the management systems.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, IP Serial Products & Rental and the Singapore country lead as directed.
  • Drive for gaining and maintaining certification to ISO, and other appropriate certifications and registration from time to time.
  • Implement QEHS program for the company in alignment with corporate policy/programs and IMS requirements.
  • Ensures updating & maintenance of relevant QEHS documentation for the company and project.
  • Manage and maintain QEHS information management systems.
  • Identify and minimize exposure to risks, hazard, etc. of all applicable QMS and EHS legislation.
  • Carries out and complies with all duties and requirements of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in terms to product safety and quality.
  • Investigate all incidents and product nonconformity to identify causes and ways to prevent occurrence in future under relevant responsibility area.
  • Recommend quality control and inspection requirements in consultation and final review by the regional director for implementation.
  • Responsible for performing quality audits and assurance reviews of manufacturing processes, services and procedures.
  • Performs any other duties, within the scope of the position that are assigned by the immediate supervisor as and when the need arises.

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Health, Safety) or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Good working knowledge of IMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001).
  • Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations.
  • Successful candidates should be dynamic, self -motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
