Responsibilities:
- Brand Advocacy: Represent and champion the ONLY brand with enthusiasm and a deep understanding of our cutting-edge services.
- Expert Treatments: Perform face and body treatments with skill and professionalism, delivering outstanding results.
- Client Consultations: Provide personalized recommendations on products, treatments, and packages tailored to each client's needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, creating a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Referral & Retention: Contribute to client referrals and retention through excellent service and relationship-building.
- Frontline Duties: Handle appointment scheduling, reception, and other customer service responsibilities.
- Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to uphold our high standards.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Full-time, permanent position with flexibility required based on operational needs.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive 2 weeks training program by experienced Aestheticians including hands-on skills for a variety of device-based aesthetic treatments for Face, Skin, Body, and Scalp.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth and career advancement.
- Opportunities given to multi-function staff to learn and try out different job roles.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
- Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or within the beauty/wellness industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments.
- Additional certifications or training in specialized aesthetic techniques.
