Key Responsibilities:
- Relocation Support: Assist Japanese expatriates with relocation, visa processing, bank account setup, and housing arrangements.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Conduct orientation for new and departing employees.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including education allowances, medical expenses, and housing allowances.
- Billing and Finance: Handle billing with Tokyo HQ for various fees and expenses.
- Corporate Golf Membership: Manage golf sets and memberships for subsidiary companies.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Research and Analysis: Research housing rental trends and negotiate corporate rates.
- Event Planning: Organize VIP visits and employee gatherings.
- Crisis Management: Participate in crisis management simulations.
- Documentation: Manage corporate ACRA filing and update.
- Administrative Support: Provide stand in general administrative assistance to the GM.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.
