Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Executive to manage our payroll functions and provide support across HR and office administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a good understanding of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions.
- Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
- Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
- Perform daily HR administrative duties.
- Handle work pass-related matters.
- Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
- Carry out office administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
