We are looking for a talented UX Engineer / Design Technologist who is passionate about
creating seamless user experiences that are both visually appealing and technically sound. In
this role, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and full-stack
engineers to bridge the gap between design and front-end development. You will be
responsible for translating design concepts into functional and scalable web applications
while ensuring high-quality user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design Implementation: Convert UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive front- end code using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript (React).
· Prototype Creation: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test user interactions and flows before full implementation.
· Design System Management: Collaborate with the design and development teams to maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries for consistent branding and user experience.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to ensure feasibility, consistency, and user-centered design.
· Usability Testing & Optimization: Conduct usability tests on prototypes and live implementations to identify areas for improvement in user experience and front-end performance.
· Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all front-end implementations meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for a broad and inclusive user base.
· Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end code for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends in UX design, front- end development, and web technologies to introduce innovative solutions and improve user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on front-end development.
· Technical Skills:
Ø Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React, or Vue.js.
Ø Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Ø Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.
Ø Understanding of REST APIs and basic back-end integration.
Ø Design Tools: Strong skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Ø UX/UI Expertise: A solid understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and best practices for responsive and mobile-first design.
Ø Accessibility: Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0+ compliance) in front-end development.
· Problem Solving: Ability to analyze user feedback, research trends, and iterate
· designs based on insights from data and testing.
· Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in an Agile
· environment with cross-functional teams.
