The responsibilities of this role include making client calls and conducting necessary follow-ups. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with the logistics and sales teams to arrange kit deliveries and manage the client database. It also includes updating and maintaining spare kits at collection sites and monitoring inventory levels of materials needed for kit preparation.
The following duties are to be performed in the capacity of a Client Services Executive:
- Contact clients by phone to check the service agreement and to arrange kit/report delivery.
- Handle Q&A with clients and update the client database accordingly.
- Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to arrange for kit delivery.
- Update and maintain the client database.
- Monitor and manage spare kits at the collection sites.
- Keep track of inventory levels for materials required for kit preparation.
- Complete any administrative tasks assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
