As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to support our business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting complex analyses, developing data-driven strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of large and complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques and data mining tools.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development.
Skills & Experience
Functional/Technical
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Soft skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships.
