Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our accounting functions across multiple companies using XERO, while also handling general office administration and staff coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting entries using XERO (bills, petty cash, etc.)
  • Perform credit control and prepare for GST & tax submissions
  • Handle government grants follow-up and financial documentation
  • Coordinate and arrange AGMs and submissions to ACRA
  • Oversee general office administration, pantry supplies, and office cleanliness
  • Organize team-building events and coordinate staff communications
  • Assist in managing office-related tasks, including answering calls and supporting day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of XERO accounting software is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience with accounting or administration is a plus
