Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our accounting functions across multiple companies using XERO, while also handling general office administration and staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting entries using XERO (bills, petty cash, etc.)
- Perform credit control and prepare for GST & tax submissions
- Handle government grants follow-up and financial documentation
- Coordinate and arrange AGMs and submissions to ACRA
- Oversee general office administration, pantry supplies, and office cleanliness
- Organize team-building events and coordinate staff communications
- Assist in managing office-related tasks, including answering calls and supporting day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of XERO accounting software is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience with accounting or administration is a plus
