Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in related Engineering studies
- Work Experience of 5years minimum in related field
- Work Experience of 12years minimum if degree is non related.
Job Description
- To liaise with customers on quality issues / requirements for new / existing parts.
- To specify, implement and review appropriate inspection method / equipment / tool to meet customers' quality requirements.
- To analyze and implement appropriate corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- To evaluate and determine the appropriate acceptable quality limit and plan for inspections.
- To liase with customers
- To trial and improve inspection method or program for complex or complicated inspection.
- To evaluate new inspection equipment / tool / software.
- To specify and evaluate packaging method / materials for new / existing parts.
- To guide and provide training to Inspectors/Technicians in performing inspection as per inspection plan
