JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow a prepared script to provide information about products or services
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients
- Record and track leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
