JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different levels and departments
- Develop comprehensive training plans and strategies to address identified needs and support business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or customise training content and materials
- Design, implement, and facilitate learning programs, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online
- Create or update training curricula to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
- Analyse participant feedback and learning outcomes to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods
- Partner with HR business partners, department heads, and senior management to understand organisational needs and align learning initiatives
- Communicate training schedules, programs, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and information
- Ability to analyse training needs and program effectiveness using data-driven insights
