JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
