What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enriching the manual trading journey for users across various segments.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience enhancements, incorporating insights from user research, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data analysis, and marketing, to transform user-centric ideas into tangible product features and improvements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and trends, driving iterative improvements in the trading journey.
- Develop strategies to cater to the unique needs of advanced traders, speculating traders, and novice traders, adapting the trading platforms to cater to their distinct preferences and requirements.
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of the trading landscape, including market trends, chart analysis, and emerging technologies, and integrate these insights into product development strategies.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize the layout and usability of trading interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new features and improvements, maintaining a balance between innovation and operational feasibility.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of trading experience enhancements through well-defined metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver optimal outcomes.
What We Look For In You:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of enhancing user experiences in trading or related domains.
- Solid background in manual trading processes, encompassing both APP and WEB platforms, coupled with a profound understanding of the needs and preferences of different trader personas.
- Demonstrated ability to translate user insights and feedback into actionable product improvements.
- A strong command of user experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a successful track record of crafting or optimizing highly regarded consumer-facing products.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams towards a unified vision and executing complex projects.
- Strong analytical mindset, adept at using data to drive decision-making and validate hypotheses.
- Passion for the fintech industry and a deep interest in understanding trading behaviors, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
