Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serving customers, answering questions, and offering help as needed
- Training and supervising staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Managing inventory levels and ordering products as necessary
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
- Helping to create and implement marketing and promotional activities
- Assisting the manager in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborating with the manager and staff to meet or exceed sales goals
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities when necessary
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
