Sales Director (ASEAN)
Job Overview
The Sales Director (ASEAN) is responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving business growth in the region. Reporting to the VP of Sales in Asia, you will identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and negotiate deals to maximize profits and build long-term relationships. This role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and driving process improvements to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key member of the regional sales management team and collaborate with other regional leaders.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to help shape company strategy.
- Lead by example, guiding and mentoring the sales team to align with company goals and culture.
- Bring all stakeholders together to focus on business objectives and empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Expand sales coverage by building teams for key accounts, industry verticals, and regional territories.
- Use strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and accelerate growth.
- Set and manage sales plans, budgets, and goals for the sales organization.
- Establish sales performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators.
- Work with the VP of Sales to set quotas and design incentive programs for the sales team.
- Analyze sales results and take corrective actions if needed to meet sales goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service, support sales teams with major accounts, and resolve any client issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide updates to the management team.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets.

- Extensive experience in industrial sales.
Education & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in leading sales teams, with at least 5 years at the Director level.
- Experience managing a $50M+ business.
- MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in multinational companies is a plus
