Job Scope:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Provide expert advice and information regarding vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs or services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service orders, customer details, and vehicle information.
- Offer additional automotive services and products based on customer needs.
- Work closely with mechanics and technicians to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and services is a plus.
- Candidate with non-relevant experience but passionate & knowledge about car is welcome to apply (Training provided).
