Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Support performance management processes, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits administration and coordinate HR programs and activities.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions.
- Handle HR reporting, data management, and support management with workforce planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
