Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, sales, account management, or outreach activities.
- Proven track record in partnership development, business growth, or similar roles.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company objectives into actionable outreach plans.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive partnership decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
